About the Role:

Join RooterMan of St. Louis as a Tile & Grout Cleaner and Repair specialist! We are looking for a dedicated individual to enhance the appearance and longevity of our clients' tile surfaces while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning and restoration of tile and grout surfaces.
Assess and repair damaged grout and tiles to ensure quality finishes.
Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and techniques.
Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
Document work performed and communicate with team members effectively.
Stay updated on new cleaning technologies and methods.

Requirements:

Previous experience in tile and grout cleaning or related field preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques specific to tile surfaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
